Wendlassida Germain ZIDA is a expert consultant-trainer in business development, business manager and entrepreneurship mentor. Passionate about the growth of organizations and the emergence of talents, he supports entrepreneurs, project leaders and companies in their structuring, expansion and optimization of their performance.

Holder of a master's degree in economics at Joseph Ki-Zerbo University, started in 2010, it has at the same time strengthened its human and spiritual dimension through training in theology at the School of Continuing Formation of the Laity at the Cardinal Paul Zoungrana center in Ouagadougou.

His professional career began in the field of teaching, where he worked as a teacher of mathematics, civic and religious education in high schools and colleges, thus developing solid skills in teaching, knowledge transmission and support.

He subsequently joined CGCOF, a company operating in the lubricants sector, where he gradually climbed the ranks: salesperson, sales director, then general manager. In these different strategic positions, he led major actions of market penetration, territorial expansion and commercial growth, contributing significantly to the development and performance of the company.

Throughout his career, he has benefited from several capacity building training courses in Burkina Faso and internationally in the areas of consulting, personal development, entrepreneurship, financial education and leadership.

With this rich experience, he is today the founder of Vivre Utile Academy, a start-up dedicated to supporting, training and deploying young entrepreneurs, with the mission of helping them build solid, profitable projects that are useful to society.
